So really wasn't sure about this week but after some encouraging messages and articles decided to go for it.
It wasn't as bad as I thought 😃. Was still tough but more mental than physical again. Just going to trust the plan and see what happens.

I had planned a longer run this morning as I’m wfh today so can look dishevelled 🤣Went out and didn’t do as long as intended as I wasn’t feeling it but the joy of actually getting out when you least want to and achieving a run however long or fast is the best to set you up for a good week 🙌🏻🙌🏻
