So I did my wk6 R1 with my dog, she was exhausted as I am šŸ˜‚

Still I can’t seem to get the breathing technique in place as I felt I couldn’t get enough air when inhaled through my nose! What did I do wrong here?

Went a tad too fast maybe... :)

If you, ( and the dog), are exhausted, then slow down until your breath comes naturally. Don't overthink it:)

Well done though... both of you :)

I agree with olfloss your heart rate seems high so maybe try slowing down a bit. Also i think when we concentrate too much on breathing it isn't happening naturally if that makes sense . I do breath though my mouth sometimes if i feel i need to. Really i think at this point in the program its slowing down till you get used to longer times continuously running! Just relax & enjoy😊

Yes I agree that when I concentrate on the breathing I got lost in it all so will try not to think too much about the breathing. Yes I do breath through my mouth often

Perhaps slow your pace to allow you to focus on breathing

Then once you've cracked it try speeding up again

Breathe through your mouth if it suits you. Also as others have said, slow down.
