Today I got out and managed my first non stop 5k for weeks. So pleased it was a struggle but we got there in a pretty good time as well. I hope everyone is still healthy and running. I did a longer post than this but the app sent it to the wilderness.

Thanks UnfitNoMore wasn’t trying to run for time was trying to get the distance as hadn’t achieved it for weeks.

Thanks grumpyoldgirl have been put just not managed a 5k for weeks lots of issues with the breathing done now. The monkey is off my back now and I know it’s in the mind.

Thanks Oldgirlruns been out a few times but no distance whatsoever so was concerned so been having health checks I had no issues reaching 5k before but haven’t managed one since first week of March.
