Week 3 Run 2 and I think I’m addicted…

Week 3 run 2 ✅ I chose to run at a local lake instead of around the cemetery this morning . The grass was wet so I kept to the dry pathways . Running has now become a regular habit. My biggest challenge is coping with rest days. Running in the morning gives me a purpose and huge sense of achievement and exhilaration. All of which are missing on rest days. So tomorrow (rest day ) I’ll go for a brisk walk at my usual run time and hopefully will enjoy that as well.

ADDICT ALERT, ADDICT ALERT, ADDICT ALERT!

There is no hope for you.

Rest day walks can always be usefully employed investigating possible new running routes.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Week 3 Run 2 (19 July 2020 at 9.10am) was when I got sucked in, too.

I’m a runner and I haven’t had a run for 20 hours. Welcome to the greatest addiction.

Well done on your progress, and great idea to brisk walk on your rest days as it keeps the schedule, and it is wonderful active recovery for your running legs.
