Week 9 run 1 done along the seafront this morning - they said it was going to be colder this week but I can’t say I noticed it! Not a huge amount to report, there was a degree of faffery before leaving home but not much, nothing ached or whinged (bonus!) and breathing was fine. At an average pace of 10:22/km, I’m never going to break the land speed record but I enjoyed it and there are now only 2 runs left before my second C25K graduation! It’s a bit hazy today but was really sunny the other day when I took the photos - new life appearing on our beach, real sand exposed on our normally pebbly beach and in the distance you can see a ship loaded with wind turbine blades being taken off to be used somewhere. Happy running Monday folks!

Thanks, I am doing OK, this Saturday will be my 40th parkrun, the weather is to be colder than of late, but not too cold. 😊 🏃🏾

What a fabulous view on your run. Sadly I’ve been knocked back by yet another horrendous cold!! I just seem to recover from one, get a couple of runs in then get another 😞 fingers crossed the warmer weather will help chase the cold bugs away. Enjoy your last two pre graduation runs.
