Hi all. Did the programme during the first lockdown . Nearly killed me I am not a natural runner. Shortly after I had an accident and broke my femur which is now pinned and plated. Going to do it again, but on a treadmill and will walk more than run and just increase the incline. Hope this counts! But determined to do it. Could swim it easily but that won't count! Am 60 now, slim and fairly fit. Wish me luck and the same to all of you just starring out x
