Saw a Physio today. (I've been resting a sore Hip. Only 1 run since 2nd week in January!). He advised various strengthening exercises, but also said to go out and run a bit. Maybe start about a third of the way into C25K.
Today is a 'Running Day', (Mon, Wed, Fri), so roll on 16:15.
Been out for the post. Chilly. I hope there's not too much walking W4 R1?
