So done it, run for 20 mins in a massive wind /storm / rain. NEVER EVER THOUGHT I COULD DO THIS EVER! Bye bye fat girl at school who couldn't do sports and wasn't ever picked for a team. Thank you for doing this for me and for being there πŸ₯°πŸ˜πŸ€—

Congratulations on completing the 20 minutes run !You will be smiling all day now 😬

Take your time with week 6 run 1 as it often catches people out with going back to intervals!

Congratulations to you Cassandra61 on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran πŸƒπŸΎ

Thank you so much - I really like how this makes me feel !!!! Thanks so much to everyone at C25K for being there.

Well done Cassandra61 you know you are self motivated when you dont let a storm get in the way of your scheduled run. You are doing great πŸ‘
