Week 6, run 3

Beautiful run this morning in the snow... I struggled a bit at the start, but I was just running too fast :)

Unfortunately, the path I chose turned out to be a lengthy climb up the side of a hill. We're on holiday and it's a very hilly area.

I slogged upwards, very slowly in some places, but managed to slog upward for the whole 25 minutes.

It's really true: a few weeks ago, I would never have imagined I could run for that long. I can't believe what a difference there has been.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 /25 minute runs 🏃🏾, lol, I like the way you use the word "slogged" for your run, congratulations on running up that hill

Thank you! It really was a slog. I can't believe I'm here and actually running for 25 minutes at a time.
