Week 6 run 3. Awesome!

I got dressed like a cabbage for what app said feels like -7ยฐ. One layer too many ๐Ÿ˜‚. Enjoyed every minute of 25 min run! This was a second run I loved so far during C25K. First was W5R2 and today W6R3. I know exactly what those runs have in common. Hydration, good sleep and 160 steps per minute ๐Ÿ˜‚. Through trial and error it appears my sweet spot. Also today I think the magic of new trainers happened, I stoped thinking about them at all.

When at the end Michael Johnson said โ€œYou are a runner now!โ€ I burst into happy tears.

Thank you to the lovely people of this forum for invaluable advice and support from the bottom of my heart!

Thank you! It am. Happy running!

That's great , what a lovely feeling to have. Well done you. I am sitting pondering whether to go out in the snow, having missed 1 run already. You have inspired me to give it a go.

Thank you! But donโ€™t risk it. Just check, if it is too slippery- come back! Our streets have just a little dust of snow and not slippery at all.

I felt exactly the same! Well done you! W5R3 nearly killed me ๐Ÿ˜‚. We must be getting fitter. Or just improved the mindset. Either way, we are the runner now!
