15mins continuous! Whoop whoop! Getting there! Slow but steady progress 😊

Today I ran 15 mins! Without a break! I’m so excited! Last week I ran 12mins continuous but I couldn’t do more, today I did! The other day I tried intervals 3 x7 mins but I failed. So I was worried to try to set up new challenge. It was hard but I did it. NRC 15mins with Coach Bennet. #running #nrc #Nike #couchto5k Coach Bennet is my favorite coach! Who’s your favorite?

Congratulations on your achievement 👏. Enjoy your running journey.

As to who is my favourite coach? Well, it has to be Coach B. 👍

He really helps me through those runs sometimes and keeps me steady. Without CB I would be starting too fast and not completing the sessions.

You could switch to Week 5 of Couch to 5K at this point if you wanted.

Are you following any particular NRC plan?

Well done InaGfit on that 15-minute non-stop run, my favourite coach was Laura, nice photo of you, you look so happy, by the way, what's that on the right top side of that photograph? it looks like a UFO. lol

Hahaha maybe it is UFO hihi no really it’s just Nike. When you run with NRC and you want to post a picture they put this on every photo 😊

Good to hear your back out and progressing again. Most here of course will be following the NHS C25K Course through to graduation and then sometimes use NRC for guided runs beyond that .

My favourite C25K Coach was Laura and NRC Would probably be Coach Bennett !

Well done and such a super pace as well! :-)

I cannot really say which coach is my favourite as I did the C25K with Laura all the way through. Graduated last year and am doing Ju-Ju's Magic Plan right now.

Glad you enjoy the programm! :-)
