I really enjoyed that! Ran a fairly steady pace of bang on 5k in 30 and then decided to see how far I could get in 40 mins. The answer was a new distance PB for myself πππ chuffed to bits!π€£ More pleasing was that I wasn't absolutely drained and could have went on further but building up slowly is the sensible way to go ππ»
Spotify was on today, random 90s rap to keep me motivated. Also had coach Bennet for another try π€£ 30 minute mindfulness run...he's ok...ISH !π€£ He would be less annoying if he didn't remind you of how long you have run/have left every 2 minutes π€£ and his questions are still a bit American for me but he does help pass the time π€£
I wonder if Danny Dyer makes a running coach app? That's what I need! "Speed up you f@#Β£ing mug! The faster you run home the quicker you could be tucking into a full English breakfast... Oi Oiiiii!" π€£
Anywhoooo run was great, though too dark and wet for photos! Already want to go again this running stuff is weirdly addictive!
Good luck all running today! ππ»

Excellent!!!!! I am lolz so much at your Coach Dyer impression π πI think he'd be much more suitable than Coach Bennett and his Americanisms, and far better suited to our Brit grit and sense of humour!!
Sounded like you had a top run this morning, well done. 40mins PB, and with something left in the tank at the end!! π ππ»You are ON FORM!
I know that feeling of wanting to go again. Amazing isn't it.. I know we say it a lot here but, who would've thought at the start of C25K this would be us??! Enjoy your post run glow today.
Thank you R4UL, yeah it still amazes me that we've come as far as we have in such a short time! That we can say we are enjoying it is absolutely flabbergasting π€£.
Gonna inbox Danny Dyer now see what he thinks about doing a coaching app, I smell money!π€£π€£
Brilliant run- 40 mins PB- on fire!! π₯I can imagine you setting up your own you tube channel showing footage of all your runs on a Go Pro giving us a blow by blow account of the highs and lows and keeping all us Team Gazelle motivated ππ Youβre doing great - well done!
Thank you Bambi! I think I make you poor people suffer enough of my rambling with all the posts I make π€£ never mind making you all watch my mug on YouTube π€£π€£
You keep going from strength to strength with your runs,
(Iβve had a busy week again. I feel like Iβm making excuses for not going out but it should settle down this week as Iβll have 6 on site instead of 3.)
Your posts are always entertaining, maybe you should consider publishing them in a diary for in the style of Bidget Jones.
Hopefully your work situation eases up a bit this week and gives you a bit of time to run. I'm working mon, Tue, Thu this week π€π»π€π» so gonna run Sun, wed,Fri all going well.
If I was working full week though I would struggle to run too, my work day can be anything from an hour to 15 plus hours so some weeks i would struggle to find any time for exercise. Don't beat yourself up for not getting out, work can be tiring as hell and the last thing you want to do is then go running instead of having some food, a nice hot bath and a bit of family time before falling asleep and having to do it all again.
I don't sleep in, like ever! so Saturday and Sunday early morning are great options for exercise for me if I can't get out during week ππ»
