Week 3 completed wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I’ve slowed down my run but for some reason every time it takes me until the second /third block of your within each run to get my stride and pace and settled. Week 4 here I come tomorrow.

Thanks for this info. Very interesting and I will definitely try more warm up before my run. Will try out tomorrow when I start Week 4.
