Just completed run 3, it felt harder today than the two previous runs, but hey I completed it, not sure if to move on to week 4 or do week 3 until it feels more comfortable. Today I ran in my asics gel pursuit 2 as supplied by my local running shop. Walk speed 3mph and run at 4mph.

Well done, some days are a little harder than others but you got through it and did it I'd say as you completed it go ahead and give week 4 a go. You may surprise yourself, I know I have most weeks. Just remember to keep it slow and steady x
I know what you mean , the longer the run the slower I job, not sure how to overcome this? I do feel quite proud though when I have completed it, now dreading week 4
If you're run all the run-y bits each time, then you're ready to move on. Please don't worry about going slower each time - speed is not important at all! The only thing that matters for this plan is the length of time you run.
