Well done 👏

I completed week 8 today - you feel like you want to tell everyone don’t you?

Good luck with week 9. It’ll probably take me another 10 days or so as I have more rest days.

Graduation is in your grasp and the. The world is literally at your feet.

Three years ago, I hadn't started the programme; today I completed 200k of running in January, a month that started with my 15th HM.

The key is just to keep running regularly and add distance/time gradually and you will eventually get to your goals.

Well done and enjoy completing the programme when you get there
