Congratulations to you on completing weeks 1 to 4 of C25K, you are doing very well indeed, onwards and upwards to week 5, don't worry about run 3 of week 5, the program has prepared you for it, it's not a typo mistake, take that run especially slow and steady, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself.

Not a typo!😁Don't panic, it looks really strange, but if you have completed runs 1 and 2, you are ready for run 3, and it is doable, it's more of a mental challenge than a physical one. Don't get hung up on it, as IT says, it's actually less overall time. Just take it slow and steady.
