I am currently on WK 5 day three and confused - it says run for 20 mins (day 2 was only two 8 min runs) seems a big jump and wk 6 is less than that?? Also checked the app voice and it’s giving me instructions for wk 3 - is this just a glitch ??

Yes - this is where it all start to get serious!!! :) If you look at both weeks 5 and 6 , you will see that they are a bit similar . On Day 2 of both those weeks , you run for a time and walk for a time before finally joining the two run times into one!!! If it seems too much for you, you can extend these weeks a bit by reducing the walk times before you attempt the non-stop run day :) Some people are able to transition from this interval style running to continuous running easily - but others may need to slow the transition down a bit. Do what feels right for you

Thank you for the clarification - may need to repeat this one but you never no - determined! May have to ignore the instruction and time myself tho as it’s giving me Wk 3 instructions for some reason 🤷‍♀️

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

This breakdown of W5 may put that into perspective healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and then you can apply the same logic to W6 which will show you that the progression continues.

Trust it, it works............. unlike the app, which is incredibly flakey at the moment

Enjoy your journey.
