Yay!! Smashed it. The dreaded 20 minute run done!! And..... it was ok!
The first and the last 5 minutes were the hardest for me, but the bit in the middle I just zoned out listened to my music and forgot all about the fact that I was out running at 7.30 am on a Saturday morning!!! I can't believe the transformation... but this programme really does work!!
Onto week 6 on Monday!
