I'm with you Dawn47 my next run is Week 5 run 3. I think I may undertake this next run on the longest and flattest road I can find.
Well done. Just take it steady and I am sure you'll be fine.

Thank you ....π I found the last 4 mins tuff but slowed down and yes I sprinted for the last 60 seconds lol....think I get excited that it's over he he .....hopefully Thursday but got a busy day so I shall see.......good luck with yours......think it's going to be tuff....big jump from 8mins to 20 π―π―π―π―π―π―π― x
