Just completed week 5 run 2 and I struggled, then looked what the next run was (a full 20 mins of running) and don’t see how I will manage to complete this. Anyone else struggled at this stage?

I did this last week and felt exactly the same but . . . I did it and so will you.
Go as slowly as you need and focus on the feeling of achievement you’ll have when you’ve done it.Honestly, you will feel fantastic. 20 minutes will fly by.
Also, focus on whatever it is that made you start. Whatever that motivation was, it is still there.
You’ve already come so far, head down and keep going. The challenge is mental not physical.
Trust the program Trista16, all those previous runs and walks have prepared you for this run, take it slowly, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself, good luck. 👍 🏃🏾

Seems a massive jump but is a highlight of the programme when you do it. Trust the programme, it works.
