Hi all it’s me, did not realise my last post was last year. Still here guys, still running probably once a week still and times still around 30-34 mins for my 5km have only run Parkrun once behind but done 11 Freedom Parkruns as have marshalled 11 times. Just enjoy it so try and run it in the week or else run the streets at night under the streetlights. I hope everyone is ok and been able to run and are now off the injury couch.

Well, happy new year to you too! 🎉🥂So nice to know you're still out there doing your stuff. My progress has been somewhat stop and start, what with injuries and illnesses. I'm just about to start yet again with a local c25k group. Fingers crossed!

A very happy New Year to you Papillon17, nice to know that you are still running, nice that you are still enjoying your 5K runs. I am not sure of what the difference is between a (not) parkrun and a "freedom" parkrun? I have ran 84 (not) parkruns and I ran my 34th official Parkrun on Saturday.

Not a parkrun is what it says basically a 5k not at a parkrun and can be done anywhere, a freedom Parkrun is a parkrun but not done on a Saturday morning but is done on the parkrun route. Both can be recorded on your Parkrun Profile.

Thanks for that information Papillon17, I ran a "freedom parkrun" on a Friday on the Dunfermline Parkrun course 9 days before my first parkrun on that route.
