I tried a pre-work run today and won! Still getting to grips with my asthma and tempering my pace (sorted by section two); overall really enjoyed this first run and the sun made it all the better. I think that having two days off in between the change in week may be the thing for me. Looking forward to run two!

Excellent. Great idea.
If you do your 3 runs on the same days every week, you will have a 2 day rest before moving on to the next week in the program.
