Finished Couch to 5K and moving on

I started Couch to 5K over 2 months ago and completed the programme successfully. I am amazed as I didn't think I would be able to do it at my age 72, with previous ankle and knee injuries which still niggle me. I feel much fitter and my old injuries have not caused any problems - if anything they are better. Also I have arthritis (mainly in my hands) and want to stop it getting a hold elsewhere. I am now doing the Stepping Stones post Couch to 5K track to improve my speed and technique.

If I can do it - so can just about anyone!
