Feeling better. I had a shin splint early Nov and was wondering how to manage but then I got a chest infection and that took care of it. Just recovering in time for Christmas. Starting to walk and will restart C25K in Jan at W1. Trust that you and yours are all well. Happy Christmas to you 🎅🎄
