New trainer day!

So today is my birthday, another year older!

I've had this awful cold that's going about and on my last run only managed 3k so I was slightly disappointed. I woke at 4.30 today and decided I was running no matter what, even if I only managed 1k. I did get to 4k so slightly better. By the time I'd done my run everyone was up and I was allowed to open my gifts🤣 my husband had bought me some "trainer tags" (just perfect for me) amongst other things. So off we went to get a gait analysis and new trainers to go with them. I can't wait to try them out.

It's no better, my nose is either running like a tap or blocked but I'm trying my new shoes tomorrow whatever I'm feeling like 😉

They are so small you'd need to be slithering past on your tummy to see them 😂. I'm a tad negative about my running so the thought was there. Each time I see them I'll remember I've always got my husband cheering me on, no matter how bad I think it's going 🙂
