Nearly ducked back under the covers but whatever the weather you have to fit in a run when you can! Rain beating down but rather than moaning I just looked up and enjoyed it splashing through the puddles.

🍏fortunately had sunshine yesterday for my run, but did plan to walk with hubby today! Sadly it’s tipping it down! We are fair weather walkers, but I am an all weather runner!!! It’s never fun going out into the rain ☔️ for a run, BUT once I am out there I love it! My peak cap saves the day by helping to keep the rain off my glasses 🤣
