Covid Delayed graduation

Woman down! So this week has just been sad for me. I had flu like symptoms and tested positive for covid now I’m going to have to pause my runs and lose my running streak. I had just 6more runs to go. I just pray I feel better soon and get back to this easily.

Please be careful out there with this new strain

Wishing you a speedy recovery (and a big dose of patience) Cheetah_girl 💐🍇 Hopefully the fitness you've gained the last few weeks will be in your favour.

I hope you recover really quickly. Take it easy. If you have it mildly, hopefully you'll be back running quite soon and it won't delay your progress too much!

That's really tough, take time out and don't worry- you'll get back into it when your body is ready. No time limits in here 🤗

Ah so sorry to hear! I am in the exact same boat, I was hoping to finish the course by end of December and was just so pumped to see progress each run and now came down with Covid last week despite 2 vaccines and incredibly high antibodies in my system ☹️ I am also worried that my running stamina will be affected now but as everyone said there’s no time limit. We can do it!
