Best wishes to you. Concentrate on getting well. Couch to 5k will still be waiting when you're out again. 💐

Welcome to the forum.

That is obviously concerning and we all hope that your wife is amongst the vast majority who only have mild symptoms and make a full recovery.

Take care of yourself too.

I hope your wife is OK and you can both come through this without getting too seriously ill! Running will be there in 2 weeks and you can do some inside fitness to maintain in the meantime (so long as you're feeling up to it!) stay safe x

Hi Hector, graduation will be waiting for you, the most important thing is that you and your wife stay healthy and she recovers soon

Here’s hoping that your wife recovers swiftly... the running can wait. The advice is to isolate for 14 days (unless it’s changed recently) which isn’t bad as you should lose no fitness in the first two weeks of no running. That said, whenever I take a break, my pacing is the first thing to go, so start your comeback run deliberately slowly to ease into your happy pace.
