So still here still ticking off the runs I find that sometimes I have to have more than 1 rest day but I don't give up.
One thing I have noticed is that now Im doing longer runs the top of my feet can be painful afterwards is this normal? I understand achy thighs thats not a problem, its more the top of my feet that are bothering me, any advice?

Okay thanks never heard of them but willing to give them a go, Just about to do R3 have tried new lacing technique see how I go. Just looked them up on amazon they look great think ill get a pair anyway thanks for the tip.
