Another C25K Week in the bag. Week 6 completed ✔ This was the 25 minute run which is the longest run so far. After 3 days off I did struggle a bit but kept going. I got a stitch about 20 minutes in so had to slow my pace but didn't stop running. Onto Week 7 now!
