Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran. 😊 πŸƒπŸΎ

Well done on your progress so far, could you speak ungasping sentences as you run?, if not then you are going too fast.Running slow is the quickest way to build up stamina and endurance that's why elite athletes run at a conversational pace during 80% of their training.

I find that when I start I run slower than I think I should and I notice that I pick up pace naturally and finish with still something in the tank. It also depends on how much sleep you've had and how hydrated you are as these are some of the things that can effect your performance.

Keep up the good work

Well done to you from another runner in her 60s. Somehow I have reached 65 now, but I am sure that I feel like a teenager when running! All the best for week 6. πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ˜Š
