Just run twenty minutes for the first time in, ever. Not much to some, but unthinkable just a few weeks ago!

Well done you guys so pleased for you 👏👏👏👏 have just completed w5 r2 and am not sure I can do r3 🤔 but I’m damn sure given you all did I can too 😳 ( I hope)

Your brain will go "Hell no", ignore it, it's wrong, the programme has prepared the physical side of it. So you just have to tell your brain to go away for 20 minutes! :P

My brain is definitely saying hell no however it has hell no since week 1 😂 so I do trust the program 👍 but the sooner I do it the better methinks 🤨 unfortunately for me the next run is at the weekend with the beast from the east mk 2.

What’s the worse that can happen? I repeat it if I fail or delay it ☺️

I don't think anyone who has done the programme will ever forgot how unthinkable 20 minutes once was and how epic W5R3 feels when you've done it! Well done you! :)

Is it sensible to say that after seeing all of you do W5R3 today, that I'm actually looking forward to it. First though is Run 2 tomorrow after resting a sore heel for a couple of days!

Thanks Nollie! Hoping the heel does stop me tomorrow but seeing everyone who has done the 20 minute run today is inspiring to just get on with it!
