Your brain will go "Hell no", ignore it, it's wrong, the programme has prepared the physical side of it. So you just have to tell your brain to go away for 20 minutes!
My brain is definitely saying hell no however it has hell no since week 1 😂 so I do trust the program 👍 but the sooner I do it the better methinks 🤨 unfortunately for me the next run is at the weekend with the beast from the east mk 2.

Is it sensible to say that after seeing all of you do W5R3 today, that I'm actually looking forward to it. First though is Run 2 tomorrow after resting a sore heel for a couple of days!
