Cheetah girl is crushing it ! I’m so happy I completed this run and I didn’t find it difficult. I’m so ready for run 3. I’m still shocked that I was able to do this and I wasn’t exhausted.

As always my friends stretching and water is the secret.

Well done! 👏 I’ve just finished week 4 and was looking at week 5 progression - scary! Can’t say I’m looking forward to it but I like a challenge. Best of luck with the next one

Nothing scary about week 5 !It's one of the best weeks in the program in my opinion 😁

I'll let you in on a secret. You've already done the hardest bit. Week 4 is the biggest jump in activity in the whole scheme. All Week 5 does is prepare you be able to run continuously.

Dynamic stretches before - static stretches after. You are right. Sounds like you are having fun too. That is the most important thing!
