Completed R1 (in the dark too ha ha) and it was the best one so far! Really enjoyed it. Looking forward to R2 and as for R3...bring it on!!!

Just keep it nice and steady.
An easy conversational pace is the most effective to build your stamina and endurance........faster is not better.
