After 2 weeks of walking my route I’m starting my couch 2 5K journey tomorrow anyone else just started or about to start interested in becoming buddies for support?

No hard and fast rules in moving to the next phases as stated, sometimes, I repeat the same stage for weeks before moving to the next when I am fit and sure as I hate not finishing any stage out of getting tired in my runs. Will take you longer but you get really fit for all the levels. Remember it is not a sprint, it is a lifestyle so no need to rush through it.
