So I’m ready for week 1, run 2, tomorrow morning. My trainers are ready, music sorted and ready to give it a shot. Just hoping I’m still this keen tomorrow morning! 😉

Love reading all the messages on here of support to each other - it’s such a friendly place. 🏃‍♀️

Enjoy. I know when the morning comes I'll have to drag myself out of bed, but it'll be worth it once it's done!

Yes, getting up, dressed and out in the morning should get a reward for that alone! 😴

That’s great organisation 😄 - avoiding faffage makes a big difference.

Enjoy your run! 😄

I’m good at faffage! 😂

Amazing! Well done for smashing the first run out, the second one is weirdly easier ☺️ You’ll smash it! Looking forward to seeing how you get on tomorrow Mamabear! Keep us posted ☺️

Thank you, I think I may have been a little over eager and ran a bit faster for the first 60 seconds as that seemed to last quite a while! But after that yes it wasn’t too bad at all. 👌

I was glad to see Jodiebee's post, it did seem easier this morning, I thought I must have imagined it. How did it go Mamabearruns?

Getting out the door is the hard part. Even 2 years on I don’t seem to have mastered that!! 😆😆 Good luck

You already did the hardest part. Getting up and leaving your comfort zone. You will look back at your first week and smile when you realise how hard it seemed at the time and how easy it looks at around week four. Well done you, great that you are doing this, health is in our hands, no matter what ails us. We can all improve our health, so keep on keeping on.

Mamabearruns - you did it! Well-done. I agree - sometimes it’s tricky to get motivated. We’re just on wk2r2 - with r3 tomorrow. The weather is also always a factor for us - hoping for slightly cool/cloudy - but no rain. In any case, keep it up and keep us posted. Good luck!
