Have just read a lot of inspirational posts - thank goodness. All those aches, pains and niggles that I have given advice on, attacked me all at once today. I mean both hips, knee and ankles. Had to keep telling myself today it was because I was strengthening muscles that I need to run. Think I may seize up tonight
At least it will take my mind of my shoulder injury (old one from swimming) lol.
Not the best of runs today but that's life - good runs/bad runs; good swims/bad swims and good days/bad days. I'll just hope then next is a good one!
