As someone with a tendency to sit on/step on and basically destroy such items I went with Jlab Jbuds.. £20 in Argos, occasionally £15... I also insured them against accidental damage for 2 years at £3, so when I do break them I just get a new pair (and a new warranty for £3)
I have to say I’m very happy with them, they never move on a run, and sound quality is very good for the price point.
I have wireless beats but Argos does dupes by JVC that are like £20
Last week i bought Bluetooth earphones from argos for £30 they are great and really good sound from them . Catalogue number 719/4263😊
I have some very good Mpow ones I ought from amazon.
Airshokz Titanium bone conducting headphones are great for running as you can still hear your surroundings.

I have the Mpow ones too. They actually stay in my ears (I have had trouble with that in the past) They come with various fittings so you get them to fit correctly and are connect by a wire so you can’t lose one if it dropped out. They are also magnetic so they clip together around your neck when not in use.
I have a G tech. Work fine with iPhone and not expensive.
