After my small mental wobble last week about the transition from Week 3 to 4, I have successfully completed Week 4 Run 1!! Really pleased with myself. Thanks to those fellow runners who set me back on the straight and narrow (i.e. told me to stop fretting!)
I am taking two weeks to complete each C2K week as I find that more comfortable but I am in no rush. Onwards and upwards!!

Sensible plan!! 👍 There's no hard and fast rule, many people run at pace with a schedule that's best fitting for themselves
Snap! 16mins running looked like a big step up after 9mins in Week 3 but I believed in the programme…..and was right to do so. Last night was nowhere near as tough as I was fearing. Trust in C25K…it works.
I did week 4 run 1 yesterday and it went ok. If I read ahead to what’s up the following week it puts me off a bit, so I’m staying focused on just the run I’m on. I have to say windier mornings are definitely harder, battling the elements at the shore where I run, I haven’t had a wet morning yet on my run days, but it’s inevitable really, that will be a different experience too. So far so good though 👍🏻 Keep going 😊
