Was I nervous? Yes. Was I worried? Yes

Did I do it? Ohh yesss.

After having to stop halfway through W2R3 mid September due to a knee injury I restarted W1R1 beginning of October. From running 0 to 60 seconds and now 16 minutes!!!!!@....I am totally elated. Have a wonderful evening everyone. πŸ˜€

Thankyou. I just read the mental approach link and understand. I know I've stood in my own way so many times over my lifetime. Finishing my run today was a great accomplishment for me (as was W1R1) and has only served to strengthen my resolve to continue to week 9 and beyond. I can do this. πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
