Hi this is my third time working through C25K. I finish it the stop, winter, cold, rain my excuse. This time I have changed coach and thoroughly enjoying Denise Lewis's approach. I am getting better, not so out of puff and feeling more confident that I can do a longer run. See how I feel with a 5 minute run next week!
