Well after my last run , where I huffed and puffed I was a bit worried setting off on this mornings run . Well after taking Oldfloss and Mrruns good advice , I set off at a slower pace and it worked. Done the 25 minutes with hardly a problem . Thanks for the great advice . Onward and upward now . Bring on week 8🏃🏃🏃🏃😀😀. Looking forward to the next run now

My knowledge comes from stubborn refusal to follow rules, logic and common sense and the toxic mix resulted in several injuries, none trivial, months off running and money handed out to a physio who couldn't believe her luck.
Now I listen better than I have ever listened in my life, I listen to my body as well as this forum and take nothing for granted
