Well after my last run , where I huffed and puffed I was a bit worried setting off on this mornings run . Well after taking Oldfloss and Mrruns good advice , I set off at a slower pace and it worked. Done the 25 minutes with hardly a problem . Thanks for the great advice . Onward and upward now . Bring on week 8πŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸ˜€πŸ˜€. Looking forward to the next run now

Oh, I wish I were, oh how I wish I were ;)

My knowledge comes from stubborn refusal to follow rules, logic and common sense and the toxic mix resulted in several injuries, none trivial, months off running and money handed out to a physio who couldn't believe her luck.

Now I listen better than I have ever listened in my life, I listen to my body as well as this forum and take nothing for granted :)

Stay well & enjoy!
