Are you in the UK?

Because looking out the window at all of the snow on what is supposed to be the second day of Spring certainly made me glad that I started my runs last night instead of tonight like I had originally planned!

Well done. Just be careful though. The odd two days in a row of running is fine but don't do it too often, especially during these first months. Rest days are valuable in preventing injury, AND actually "rest days" are wrongly named. It's on those days that the muscles are busy building themselves into their new improved forms. If you're interested in the science of it you can google it.

I hope you got out before the weather started to turn nasty. I was out with the dog, cold and windy and it began to snow 😱 It's quite bright now though 🙄

Whatever the weather we keep going. Well, all except for hurricane scenarios that is 😀 Good luck
