What happened to the sun? It's wet and miserable here and F1 weekend so had plenty of excuses to leave it another day but the thought of my fella week3-ers going on to week4 without me was the extra push I needed to get my trainers on π
The rain wasn't too bad and to be honest it was a good run, made the effort not to count my steps and I reckon I had a bit left in the tank, so my stamina is definitely improving.
Must remember to stretch afterwards though, I do quite a but if other stuff and I've been a bit hit and miss so far with the stretch, but after a killer circuit training on Thursday which I can still feel, I think the best thing is to put a note on the fridge π might help me remember.
