Hi Guys! I've enjoyed looking through the messages after I'd finished the c24k some time ago. I'd like to say that I continued the running journey, but I'd be fibbing. I have kept doing around 20 - 25mins treadmill jogging when I go to the gym, but with one thing or another ( work/lockdown) even that wasn't a regular thing...until...the impossible has happened.

I'd always raved about this program to my wife but she had shown little interest but is now blowing it out of the water! We're up to week 7 run 2 and our progress is slow but steady. We won't win any medals but we WILL reach that finish line. What happens after that? Let's just say it's a lot better running with a buddy so I'll do my best to keep her keep me running ( or rather slow trotting).
