It's not a festive map pattern I admit but it represents 100m for each year of my life which I'd like to have done last Saturday on my actual birthday but the snow had something to say about that! I'd never have thought back in the summer that I would be running 5km after turning 50. That W1R1 had me fighting for breath and doubled over in exhaustion so all you newbies out there....keep going. Running is fab! πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘

It will still be there at sixty and seventy and maybe eighty and ninety!

So glad that you have found a new lease of life and wish you many more happy years of running.

Fantastic! I’m not far behind you age wise, and just 2 runs to go until graduation (fingers crossed for this week)
