Congratulations on starting C25K with run 1 of week 1, welcome to the forum, just take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, good luck for your running journey with C25K
