W2 R1 Are you still with me?

I know a couple of people started c25k at the same time as me. Are you still with me?

Even if we didn't start at the same time, what run are you on? Which has been your best run so far? Which has been your hardest run? Have you had to repeat any runs more than 3 times?

I struggled at the start of this run but I soon got into it.

Do you really want to know which run people found hardest? How will that help?

Just take each run at a time, relax and enjoy it.

You are doing great.

Because it creates interaction and conversation between new people. Some people want to share their journeys but are too scared to make the first move, somebody out there might be struggling with a particular run and don't have the confidence to ask for help, but might feel comfortable if someone asks them a question or if they see someone has answered the question in the exact way they would have answered. That's point of this forum right? To create a support network not just for motivation or boasting but to find people doing the exact same thing, struggling in the same way at the same points as they are, so that they don't feel so alone and so that when they struggle they don't give up. I have simply opened an opportunity here for people to connect.

I’m still here! Did my W2R1 run this morning. The first run was the hardest then it was OK. Have you done C25K before?

Same here, the first run was difficult I only just made it to the end of that one when Sarah Milligan said I could slow down (I LOVE Sarah Millican).I've started c25k before I few years ago and got to week 4 and then just lost motivation and stopped. I didn't really have an end goal, but this time I do so no stopping this time.

I’m still here with you although I may have started earlier! I’m on week 2 run 3 today and am determined to get out there even though I don’t feel up to it but I just need to remember the rewards after and not overthink it and I came in here to look for some inspiration. I’ve enjoyed all of my runs so far but my last one was the hardest as I hadn’t slept very well the night before and I think that had a big impact. I did a lot of my week 1 runs twice and I think I’ll be doing that with this week. I just felt more comfortable going to the next level that way. I’m not sure if that’s a confidence issue or if that’s just the way I’ll get through this! Well done for continuing and I hope you are finding the runs enjoyable!

Yessss I love this, the first time I started c25k I completed week 3 twice because I just never felt ready to move on. I'll be going for w2 r2 tomorrow. Sleep definitely effects my performance so I just take a rest day, a slow day might work well too though. Keep going we can motivate each other. Just keep checking in x

Thank you so much, I find the forums are a good way to keep myself accountable, almost like I'll be letting other people down if I don't check in, its probably not true but its such a good motivational tool for myself pretending I have fans 😂
