One to go! Week 9 run 2!

Not a bad run at all to be fair. Wind was chilly but there was something about the cold sunset that really felt…. Well….. penultimate I guess!

I ran a pretty steady pace throughout, hitting 4.2km which was actually far better than I’d hoped at this stage. I have to remember that graduate or not (soon) I’m still very much a beginner. Still learning with a lot more miles to get under my feet.

I guess despite my user name…. I am actually a runner!

Friday is the big day!

4.2K was my pre graduation run.. and the pure adrenaline of my day I ran on to reach the 5K..

Just the feeling of being so proud of yourself is a life changer 🙏

Set up your graduation run with care.

Because of sheer impatience I ran my W9R3 on a Friday night, after a long hard week at work.......... predictably, it was a long hard run..........if only I had waited until the Saturday morning.

Have fun.
