I keep telling everyone to trust the program but really folks TRUST THE PROGRAM I have made it to week 5 and yes today I ran for a total of 15 minutes. Gosh who would have thought it, not me. I had to dig in and concentrate on breathing and pace in the last minute of the final run but it was ok. I am sleeping better eating better and not feeling guilty about the little treats. Weekend rest R2 Monday

Well done!

Keep focusing on that TOTAL running time - it will help you a lot. So many beginners miss that trick.

I don’t know what’s bigger here, the progress with the running or the mentality… great work on both. Enjoy your well deserved weekend break.

Funny how it drops into place isn't it ! Your head and body working with each other instead of that fight that I know my body and head have had at times...... After your next run , you are at my favourite run W5R3 ..... Sounds like you have it all under control.
